Initial pricing is an estimate only. Any price discussed before an on-site assessment or detailed review is based solely on the information available at that time and is not a fixed quote. Final pricing may change depending on the actual scope of work, site conditions, contamination level, accessibility, complexity, and any additional services required.

Final pricing reflects actual conditions. Even if an estimated figure is discussed verbally or acknowledged in advance, the final invoice will reflect the services actually performed and the conditions encountered at the property.

Insurance coverage may be available. Depending on the type of service needed and the details of your policy, some or all of the cost may be covered by insurance. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify coverage, deductible responsibilities, and claims requirements.

A consultation may be required. In some cases, an on-site or detailed consultation is necessary to properly evaluate the situation, determine the full scope of work, and recommend the appropriate service plan.

Consultation fee: Detailed consultations are billed at $100 per hour. If you move forward with service, this fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

No-show policy: Scheduled consultations and appointments are reserved specifically for you. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a $250 no-show fee.

Deposit requirement: To secure your project date, a 50% deposit is required once the scope of work and estimate have been approved.
